Swami Vishwananda tells you today,
All the great masters – like Jesus or Krishna – what have they taught us? They have taught us to realise our Self! They have taught us the way. There are different ways to realise the Divine: there is the path of bhakti, there is the path of service, and there is the path of meditation. But each one has their own way to realise the Divine.

Swami Vishwananda tells you today:
Every day say to yourself, “I am the Spirit, I’m the Christ”, and let it reflect outside. When you say, “I am a child of God. I’m part of the creator, I’m part of the Father”, and you do not reflect it to the outside, it does not help. What I mean by the reflection towards the outside is to let this vibrate within you at first.
Secondly, as much as possible, help! Help whoever comes to you. Help without even thinking of helping. If possible, once a week, go on the streets. If you live in a town, for sure there are so many people who live on the streets. You can go and talk to and be with them. It is not a big thing.
Listen, for sure, when you approach these people, they will feel that, “Oh, this one wants to make fun of me” or whatever. They will refuse you. But keep trying! This is how you will really find God in each person. Realise that you are doing it for Jesus, you are doing it for God. Remind yourself that he said, “What you do to the least of my brothers, you are doing it unto me.”

Swami Vishwananda tells you today
As long as man is stuck in the mind, as long as he doesn’t purify the mind, Love will never shine. You will never realize this love. You can read about it, somebody or Swami can tell you about it and you can say "Yes, i know this love is there." But as long as you don't purify your mind, as long as you don’t purify yourself, it will be difficult to realize this love.
And how do you purify the mind? The easiest way to purify the mind is to chant. Chant the name of God continuously. You were chanting the Maha Mantra, “Hare Rama Hare Rama, Rama Rama Hare Hare, Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare.” It is said by just chanting this mantra, one can gain liberation. But one has to chant it with faith. Mere chanting alone will not help, but chanting with the heart, will help.
And how do you chant with the heart? How do you train the mind to calm itself? By focusing it. It happens when you discipline yourself and say, "Okay, today I will chant." Let’s say you start by taking your japa mala or rosary, and you chant your mantra. By focusing yourself on chanting, you’re disciplining the mind to focus on the mantra. The more you do it, the more it will be chanted automatically inside your heart and you will not even need your japa mala or rosary.

Swami Vishwananda tells you today,
You are the child of God. You are part of the Divine creation. So make this your achievement. Make this your goal in life. Wherever you are, remind yourself of this goal. Whenever you think that you are doing something wrong or you’re acting in the wrong way, close your eyes, drop inside, deep inside your heart and ask the Self and then listen to it. Only when your mind is quiet will you hear the heart talking to you.
